While I continue to farm with my father, John, I manage The Rolling Pig, with more and more involvement required from my mum, wife and sisters as our business has grown. You are likely to meet them all out and about on The Rolling Pig. Not only does our family all like eating we also enjoy cooking and it gives us great pleasure to share our love of food with all our customers.
My wife, Danielle, and I became aware of a move away from formal catering to more casual eating trends as we travelled together. We wanted to provide good food the way our customers wanted it. We therefore purchased our vintage horsebox which not only looks good but provides us with the facility to provide a consistently high quality food service in a wide variety of venues.
